Cannot See Custom Entities and Entire Sales Area in Wunderbar

I'm having a strange issue. After doing the redeploy and installing both rollups and importing the customizations, I can see the custom entities in the Entity Customization screens, but they don't show up in the actual CRM interface (i.e. I can go edit the forms for these entities, such as "Serial Number", but that entity doesn't show up anywhere else). There is an entire Wunderbar area (the "Sales" area, it has a slightly different name that I can't remember right now) that I can see in the Sitemap, but it also does not show up in the CRM interface. What I've actually got in the interface is a really empty and stripped out program, very few entities, etc.

Has anyone else had this issue?
