Where do I find the CTI softphone dialer which is a part of the call center scene of the script. Is it in the Outlook toolbar? The script doesn't point to a navigation path.

I am also looking for this. Although it is part of the script, I wonder if it is part of the new template. I have discovered a few elements that were in the July script that don't seem to be in the current template (e.g. Alert Triggers for Automatic Community alerts). Do you have a more recent script?

Also, did you redeploy this on a VPC image? If so, did you successfully get the Outlook client to work? I cannot get mine to function. Please let me know if you receive any response regarding the CTI softphone dialer

I have been unable to restore the database without uninstalling MSCRM to run the redeployment wizard. I'll let you know if I here anything.
