Problem with vhd

Hello! I try to point healthcare_vert.vhd like the virtual hard disk in VPC, but get the following error: (see the attachment) Where can I get the parent virtual hard disk? Or I do something wrong?

Healthcare template cannot be imported into clean MSCRM deployment

Using a clean, US-English, Enterprise edition deployment of MSCRM 4.0 the healthcare template fails to import with a generic "there is an error message".
